What to include
- Your company and the event or showroom.
- The name of the iPad as shown in the admin, for example LUXI-IPAD-01.
- What you expected and what happened instead, with a photo of the screen if you can.
Before you write
- Pairing code expired. The code on the iPad is valid for ten minutes, then a new one appears by itself. Enter the new one in the admin under Device → «Accoppia iPad» (the admin is in Italian).
- Content not updated. Publish the package again in the admin, then open the staff panel on the iPad and tap «Cerca aggiornamenti».
- Staff panel. Press for five seconds in the top right corner of the kiosk, below the language bar, and enter the event PIN.
- No network at the show. The kiosk keeps working offline. Leads stay on the iPad and are sent as soon as it is back online.
Data of visitors
Leads entered on the iPad belong to the brand that exhibits the vehicles. To access or delete your data, contact that brand or write to hello@tbon.ch: we will forward the request. Details are in the privacy policy.
